If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us via email at info@ultraoutdoorproducts.com within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. Please include your name, order number and reason for return. After review, you will receive return instructions with a return authorization number.

Items to be returned must be unused, in new condition and in the original packaging. Shipping and handling costs incurred during original purchase will be deducted from the refund amount. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. Return labels are not provided.

Allow 5 - 7 business days to process the return after the merchandise is received.
